What is Mindfulness Based Stress-Reduction?
It is a skills based educational programme devised by Dr Jon Kabat Zinn at the Massachusetts Medical Centre, USA, almost 30 years ago. It is an internationally recognized approach to stress and stress related illness successfully employed in hospitals, health practices, business and educational settings.
Every Tuesday between the 23rd February to the 13th April 2010 from 6:45 -8:45pm. The price per person is £300 including CD's and workbook. Limited spaces available.
