A Taste of Gourmet; Day Intensive in Raw Culinary Arts Level 1 (Master Class)

This course is specially designed for the beginner to experienced chefs wanting to pursue raw culinary arts on a professional level. This half day intensive course will cover some of the beginning steps along with advanced skills in recipe development, cultural cuisine and simple techniques and secrets within with SAF kitchen. Class Includes over 4 hours of lecture, food demonstrations and some hands on training, various samples throughout the course, full course menu, and course packet including recipes and teaching charts.
